SAP-Nepal always believes on multi stakeholders’ partnership for holistic and sustainable development.  Under each program, SAP-Nepal forms Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) comprised of government stakeholders and concerned civil society and market sector for effective implementation of the project. JCCs are formed at local, district and national levels. The major functions of such JCCs are to develop collaborative working culture for better results of the project initiatives. The joint collaboration with local CSOs bring the flavor of incorporating local organizations and bringing their concerns in policy reforms at national level.
